"We love the serenity of our summer home here in Maine. We're on a beautiful, secluded wooded lot but still within walking distance of Dock Square.
Our home has an open, modern feel but we knew it was time to do some updating. When we met with Mark initially, we had ideas for some major renovations in multiple areas. But Mark really took the time up front with us to listen to our needs and give us options in terms of cost, timing, and long term return on investment.
Based on his recommendations, we decided to renovate the kitchen and adjacent hallway. Our kitchen has a beautiful glass enclosure that we wanted to retain. Mark and his team did a masterful job at helping us keep the elements we wanted but give us an expanded kitchen that's perfect for how we cook and how we entertain.
As we got to know Mark in the initial planning stages, he gave us great confidence. With some extensive travel plans already made, we were away during the kitchen remodel, but knew we could trust Mark and his team to do it right. He checked in with us on the important issues and made executive decisions on many of the smaller issues. His experience and his instinct served us well.
When we walked in the door and saw the new kitchen for the first time, we both looked at each other and said, 'Wow!". Mark really delivered for us. We couldn't be happier with the results.

Before: The Poole's kitchen had a beauiful glass enclosure but lacked enough preparation and work space and needed that the homeowners wanted. Plus the kitchen fixtures needed some updating overall.
